Who is Jesus Christ and How to be Saved by Him?

If you don’t know Jesus as your Lord and Savior, please consider these verses: But now the righteousness of God apart from the law is revealed, being witnessed by the Law and the Prophets, even the righteousness of God, through faith in Jesus Christ, to all and on all who believe. For there is no difference; for all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God, being justified freely by His grace through the redemption that is in Christ Jesus, whom God set forth as a propitiation by His blood, through faith, to demonstrate His righteousness, because in His forbearance God had passed over the sins that were previously committed, to demonstrate at the present time His righteousness, that He might be just and the justifier of the one who has faith in Jesus---Romans 3:21-26 One small sin separates you from God our Father and Jesus Christ His Son, and does not allow you to go to heaven to be with Him when we die. God is Holy and Perfect; therefore, He is unable to be with us when we have sinfulness in our hearts. Jesus is the only one able to stand before our Creator on our behalf. We are all fallen and need a sacrifice of blood in order to be saved, Jesus paid that price and is the one who redeemed us and provided our past, present, and future sins forgiven by His blood shed on the cross. Romans 6:23: For the wages of sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord.---Romans 6:23                                                                                                                                                                                Though God did not make hell for us, but for Satan and the fallen angels (demons), due to Adam and Eve falling into sin, we are then destined for hell once we sin. We are held accountable for our sin before God once we come to understand the laws of God. They are written on our hearts when we were made.                                                                                                                                                                                                                    Therefore you are inexcusable, O man, whoever you are who judge, for in whatever you judge another you condemn yourself; for you who judge practice the same things. But we know that the judgment of God is according to truth against those who practice such things. And do you think this, O man, you who judge those practicing such things, and doing the same, that you will escape the judgment of God? Or do you despise the riches of His goodness, forbearance, and longsuffering, not knowing that the goodness of God leads you to repentance? But in accordance with your hardness and your impenitent heart you are treasuring up for yourself wrath in the day of wrath and revelation of the righteous judgment of God, who “will render to each one according to his deeds”: Eternal life to those who by patient continuance in doing good seek for glory, honor, and immortality; but to those who are self-seeking and do not obey the truth, but obey unrighteousness—indignation and wrath, tribulation and anguish, on every soul of man who does evil, of the Jew first and also of the Greek; but glory, honor, and peace to everyone who works what is good, to the Jew first and also to the Greek. For there is no partiality with God.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                     For as many as have sinned without law will also perish without law, and as many as have sinned in the law will be judged by the law (for not the hearers of the law are just in the sight of God, but the doers of the law will be justified; for when Gentiles, who do not have the law, by nature do the things in the law, these, although not having the law, are a law to themselves, who show the work of the law written in their hearts, their conscience also bearing witness, and between themselves their thoughts accusing or else excusing them) in the day when God will judge the secrets of men by Jesus Christ, according to my gospel. —--Romans 2:1-16 However, understanding comes at different points in a human’s life. The age of accountability varies and can’t be determined. However, most teens and typical adults are completely aware of the law; therefore, are accountable before God for all sins, even the one we do every day. This is why Jesus our Christ and Savior is so important to us. He was the one who was perfect, without sin all 30 something years of His time on Earth. A complete human, but also God. He was, is, and will always be the only one who could be the perfect sacrifice. Sin requires blood shed, Jesus was the ultimate sacrifice for our sins. He made atonement and redeemed us. We just have to submit to Him and acknowledge what He did for us. Jesus didn’t come to save the perfect, He came to save the broken. Everyone is broken, they just have to acknowledge this and seek the perfect and true physician, Jesus Christ our Lord and God. When Jesus heard it, He said to them, “Those who are well have no need of a physician, but those who are sick. I did not come to call the righteous, but sinners, to repentance.” —Mark 2:17                                                                                                                                                                            For when we were still without strength, in due time Christ died for the ungodly. For scarcely for a righteous man will one die; yet perhaps for a good man someone would even dare to die. But God demonstrates His own love toward us, in that while we were still sinners, Christ died for us. Much more then, having now been justified by His blood, we shall be saved from wrath through Him. For if when we were enemies we were reconciled to God through the death of His Son, much more, having been reconciled, we shall be saved by His life. And not only that, but we also rejoice in God through our Lord Jesus Christ, through whom we have now received the reconciliation.---Romans 5:6-11                                                                                                                                                                                                           God loves us so much, that His Son, Jesus the Christ, came to earth and experienced a human’s life. He experienced temptation. He never sinned. Therefore, he was the perfect sacrifice for our sins to pay for our sins (past, present, and future). Inasmuch then as the children have partaken of flesh and blood, He Himself likewise shared in the same, that through death He might destroy him who had the power of death, that is, the devil, and release those who through fear of death were all their lifetime subject to bondage. For indeed He does not give aid to angels, but He does give aid to the seed of Abraham. Therefore, in all things He had to be made like His brethren, that He might be a merciful and faithful High Priest in things pertaining to God, to make propitiation for the sins of the people. For in that He Himself has suffered, being tempted, He is able to aid those who are tempted. —-Hebrews 2:14-18 Jesus said to them, “If God were your Father, you would love Me, for I proceeded forth and came from God; nor have I come of Myself, but He sent Me. Why do you not understand My speech? Because you are not able to listen to My word. You are of your father the devil, and the desires of your father you want to do. He was a murderer from the beginning, and does not stand in the truth, because there is no truth in him. When he speaks a lie, he speaks from his own resources, for he is a liar and the father of it. But because I tell the truth, you do not believe Me. Which of you convicts Me of sin? And if I tell the truth, why do you not believe Me? He who is of God hears God’s words; therefore you do not hear, because you are not of God.” —-John 8:42-47 Jesus answered them, “Most assuredly, I say to you, whoever commits sin is a slave of sin. And a slave does not abide in the house forever, but a son abides forever. Therefore if the Son makes you free, you shall be free indeed. —John 8:34-36 He gave His life on the cross, being fully God and fully man, and experienced what we deserve…separation from God and complete rejection, as well as suffering and death. Jesus died on the cross and the final sacrifice of the perfect lamb was finished.  Then came the beautiful event:   Jesus rose from the dead 3 days later! He rose and is alive to this day. Because of this, we now have the beautiful chance to accept His gift of sacrifice through just prayer that if you confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus and believe in your heart that God has raised Him from the dead, you will be saved. For with the heart one believes unto righteousness, and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation. For the Scripture says, “Whoever believes on Him will not be put to shame.” For there is no distinction between Jew and Greek, for the same Lord over all is rich to all who call upon Him. For “whoever calls on the name of the Lord shall be saved.” How then shall they call on Him in whom they have not believed? And how shall they believe in Him of whom they have not heard? And how shall they hear without a preacher? And how shall they preach unless they are sent? As it is written: “How beautiful are the feet of those who preach the gospel of peace, Who bring glad tidings of good things!” But they have not all obeyed the gospel. For Isaiah says, “Lord, who has believed our report?” So then faith comes by hearing, and hearing by the word of God. But I say, have they not heard? Yes indeed: “Their sound has gone out to all the earth, And their words to the ends of the world.”But I say, did Israel not know? First Moses says: “I will provoke you to jealousy by those who are not a nation, I will move you to anger by a foolish nation.” But Isaiah is very bold and says: “I was found by those who did not seek Me; I was made manifest to those who did not ask for Me.” But to Israel he says: “All day long I have stretched out My hands To a disobedient and contrary people.” —Romans 10:9-21 but if I am delayed, I write so that you may know how you ought to conduct yourself in the house of God, which is the church of the living God, the pillar and ground of the truth. And without controversy great is the mystery of godliness: God was manifested in the flesh, Justified in the Spirit, Seen by angels, Preached among the Gentiles, Believed on in the world, Received up in glory. —1 Timothy 3:14-16 This world tries to tell you that there are many ways to heaven and God. They try to lie to you about what god to serve, that will give you the best life and eternal life. Some require physical blood sacrifice, while others require everything else. No one has ascended to heaven but He who came down from heaven, that is, the Son of Man who is in heaven. And as Moses lifted up the serpent in the wilderness, even so must the Son of Man be lifted up, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have eternal life. For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life. For God did not send His Son into the world to condemn the world, but that the world through Him might be saved. “He who believes in Him is not condemned; but he who does not believe is condemned already, because he has not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God. And this is the condemnation, that the light has come into the world, and men loved darkness rather than light, because their deeds were evil. For everyone practicing evil hates the light and does not come to the light, lest his deeds should be exposed. But he who does the truth comes to the light, that his deeds may be clearly seen, that they have been done in God.” —John 3:13-21 Whoever commits sin also commits lawlessness, and sin is lawlessness. And you know that He was manifested to take away our sins, and in Him there is no sin. Whoever abides in Him does not sin. Whoever sins has neither seen Him nor known Him. Little children, let no one deceive you. He who practices righteousness is righteous, just as He is righteous. He who sins is of the devil, for the devil has sinned from the beginning. For this purpose the Son of God was manifested, that He might destroy the works of the devil. Whoever has been born of God does not sin, for His seed remains in him; and he cannot sin, because he has been born of God —1 John 3:4-9 How To Pray: There is nothing we can do other than to pray and believe these concepts: 1. Confess that Jesus Christ is Lord and tell Him you will submit to His will. (You must choose Him as your authority) 2. Believe in your heart and confess that He gave His life and Died on that cross for all of our sins (past, present, and future) 3. Believe and confess that Jesus the Christ rose from the dead three days later. 4. You must repent and ask for forgiveness (do a 180 degree turn) from your sins. Choose to stop sinning. 5. Accept and thank God and Jesus for the Holy Spirit in your heart, as your guarantee of your salvation. What To Do Now? If you accepted Jesus as your Lord and Savior, find a church, start reading Romans and John in the Bible, pray at all times, and ask God to help you learn how to serve Him. God Bless you on your journey with our wonderful and great Father God and our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.
